Our office has recently experienced a higher-than-normal volume of last-minute cancellations as well as patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments. We understand that last minute emergencies are inevitable and we have always been flexible in such cases. Effective immediately, a $35.00 fee will be assessed for cancellations and reschedules without a 24-hour notice.
Again, we strongly encourage our patients to call us in advance or send a text through our reminder system.
